As a photographer I understand how a image can create a narrative, rather good or bad. In 2018 I decided to use my gift to shine light on black fathers and shift the narrative of black fathers not being present. I know a ton of amazing black millennial fathers and annually I handpick a group of fathers and their children to showcase. I hold this project dear to me as it was one of the first steps in shifting my photography into a purpose and not just a work for hire.
